Have a clause like this (bad behavior clauses are very common in academia), a DUer scoffed at me, because of Falwell’s dad’s founding the school. Glad to hear that the board or lawyers at the university DID insist on including a termination for cause clause. It sill be interesting to see what the clause says. If you think about it, Falwell would have been in an awkward position if he had argued at the time of hire that the clause was objectionable, since he is such a “good Christian.”
