1. Problem is not too many divorces, it's too many marriages

It is something that shouldn't be entered into lightly or impulsively and maybe a higher cost will convince the young 'n' sure that marriage is more then dating dressed up with a pretty certificate.

Came to this conclusion after having an early twentysomething divorcee tell me she was shocked to learn that she and her now ex had to go to court to split up. She thought they could end their marriage simply by going to the clerk's office and signing a form.
