Texas infrastructure is crumbling.

Washington has nothing to do with Texas taxes. I write about Texas politics and politicians. They mentioned the income tax because today, the state legislature is holding a tax hearing, which is what the next article will be about--just a heads up on what is coming next. The rest of the article was about Texas dipshits Pat Fallon, August Pfluger, and Beth Van Duyne.
