2. I agree, and Tess Garrity is having trouble raising campaign donations

Doug Mastriano has such a negative press image now, I can't imagine him declaring for the Governor's race. But he says he's "considering" it. The Post-Gazette just hates the idea that Shapiro can win re-election so easily. They'll do anything to gin up a horse race.
