Bucks county is the swingiest of the Phila collar counties, but they set a record for turnout, 50+% for a municipal election.

Both Fitzpatricks served as Bucks County commissioners before be elected to the House, so Dems in these offices is a good stepping stone to Dems to win PA-1.
