The house had no running water for years. She also says that she had called to report about the dogs and about the children. Who took those calls, and what was done? And what about the schools? You would think SOMEONE would have noticed that the kids weren't being cared for -- unless the kids were 'home-schooled'. Oklahoma has VERY relaxed regulations concerning homeschooling (in this case, as in many others, 'home-abusing').
And what did the girl's grandmother know? She apparently lived very nearby.
The 'parents' ( ) will no doubt face the justice they deserve. But who else let those kids down?
