Security cost for Oklahoma's lieutenant governor raises concerns [View all]

When Republican gubernatorial candidate Todd Lamb travels to campaign fundraising events, he travels in a black SUV driven by a state trooper, says Gary Jones, state auditor and fellow gubernatorial candidate.

Jones notes that both the trooper and vehicle are paid for with taxpayers' funds. He contends that is inappropriate.

"If anybody else used a state vehicle to stop by and pick up a campaign check, they would be breaking the law," Jones said.

Lamb's campaign manager says there is nothing inappropriate about it.
