State reports two more flu deaths this season [View all]
RALEIGH, N.C. (WITN) - Two more people have died because of the flu in North Carolina.
The Department of Health and Human Services says the number of deaths for the flu season now stands at four.
Three of those deaths are people 65 years or older, and one is between 50 and 64 years old.

Last season, 544 people died from the flu, the highest number since 2009.
