are people who do stuff like this ex-AVP at TD bank...thank goodness that another TD bank employee reported the ex-AVP official to state officials. Disgusting in taking advantage of this disabled teacher, I only hope that someone steps in to help this teacher on a permanent basis and verifies that all is well, that various financial transactions etc. are performed faultlessly by various entities as needed (family members, fellow retired teachers, etc.).
