Big wads of gunk! The fucking legislature does this every time WE TELL THEM through initiatives WE fight to place on the ballot, they decide for us that we don't really want that. So we have to pass intitiatives on ballots at least three times to make it stick. They waste years and lots of money doing this on issues they don't like. They are mostly magats and ignorant ubertalibangelicals who think we should only have what they decide we can have.
