5. I was taking the Empire Builder roundtrip from Portland to Havre to see my parents before COVID hit

My father has since died, but good to have the Amtrak option again to go visit my mom.

The drive from PDX to Havre can be a bit much, though the stop-offs in Missoula on the way there and in Spokane on the way back can be fun.
