6. Amtrack serves the northern route

Seattle - Spokane - Sandpoint ID, Libby, MT, Whitefish, MT and then through Glacier Park along the highline to Havre and onto the Dakotas, and Minneapolis. Ever since the 60's when I lived there never a train on the southern route. They sure need one and I think Tester could be instrumental and bring this red state into a blue state future.
