1. ALEC is filing similar actions in many states. It's a slippery slope.

The goal is de-regulation. They will start with seemingly innocuous Cosmetology positions that most people don't care about. Next thing you know, they will try to de-regulate fields such as psychology, whose current professional standards mandate non-discrimination, and other trades and professions, to the detriment of public access and safety.
