While reporters on the panel were talking about the GOP legislature's failure to come up with a budget and potentially leaving billions in federal aid on the table..

Also the ever escalating threats of violence from Senate Majority leader Shirkey towards Governor Whitmer..

Skubick injects some off the wall speculation that the Black Caucus might have some qualms about the Whitmer administration. No specifics and really nothing that rises to the level of the other issues they were trying to tackle.
