These laws are a joke, you should get to vote no matter what. Poor people and young people move around more, so these laws were designed to make it harder for them to vote. There should be a generic ballot for your state that doesn't have local elections. You can choose this generic ballot if you can't prove your residence, but it's known you live in the state.
