Why does Scott Brown need signatures to get on the ballot? [View all]

There have been campaigners hanging out at the local Stop & Shop gathering signatures to get Scott Brown on the fall ballot. Isn't being an incumbent sufficient?

Anyway, I brushed them off and told them I thought his alliance with Roy Blunt was reprehensible and that he could kiss female voters goodbye.
