adequately prepared my daughter for Spanish III at the High School. She took it between her freshman and sophomore years. She received an A last semester in Spanish III so it worked in her case. She also took high school Biology from the North Dakota Center for Distance Education. As a 9th grader she received As in Microbiology and Anatomy/Physiology which are most typically junior/senior level classes. Under the right conditions virtual education can work. If I had to bus my kids 30 minutes one way to school, I would be opting for virtual education. I would for other reasons as well (safety, quality, arbitrary rules and demands).
