Employee owned is a good way to go. We have one in town that has about five stores in a couple counties and I go there for most of my groceries. There's an Albertson's too and a healthfood store. I go to all three for different things but I only go to Albertson's for a few items the others don't carry.
I hope they do well and the locals can find good jobs there.
