Apparently Maryland is suffering from a police shortage, OH boo hood.

However as someone who will be a Maryland resident in a couple of years. If you have a heart for your community and you know you won't be the shoot Em 1st. don't care later kind of person

Maybe the community could use your version of policing🤔
