Eating outdoors in places like Maryland isn't especially practical right now. I am NOT suggesting that indoor dining is okay. But if it's not possible to set up reasonably heated outdoor spaces at restaurants, then just go with take-away or delivery. Stay safe.

Jesus I'm sick of excuses for behavior that endangers others.
