3. She is pro-filibuster and will be 79 when her senate term starts

Those should be dealbreakers for any thoughtful Maine Dem voter.

Without killing the filibuster to expand the court, there can be no restoration of democracy, no protection of essential rights, and no repairing the damage from the Trump years- all legislation outside of a budget reconciliation bill would either be blocked or overturned.

The filibuster is a relic used for obstruction and unaccountability, and must die.

We must elect Democrats who will govern fearlessly and unhesitatingly, and not support politics-as-usual.
