Absolute insanity.

This shouldn't even be an issue.

Establishment Clause precedent is settled, accepted, and beyond dispute, safeguarding citizens from the tyranny of the Christo-fascist right.

Just as insane is a Supreme Court dominated by blind-partisan conservative ideologues hostile to settled, accepted precedent.
