THANK YOU! They won't care about what you want. You're right. HOWEVER - if they keep getting input like this, and keep getting input like this, and keep getting input like this, they'll be forced at least to acknowledge it.

Might be shrewd to call their Washington DC offices - AND their regional offices. So it doubles your efforts. You get a twofer. BOTH your complaints get logged separately by staffers from two separate offices. You increase the numbers in both places. And sometimes it's a lot easier to get through if you go local/regional instead of to DC.
