Brainfart wants Iowans to report suspicious activities...
Iowa Governor Terry Branstand wants Iowans to pay attention and report suspicious activity after violence in other parts of the US.
Today, the governor, along with Iowa's Public Safety and Homeland Security departments, asked Iowans to join the "See something, Say Something" campaign. Branstad's office wants people to be alert, especially during summer travel and big holidays like 4th of July.
The campaign will include ads on local radio stations. Those ads will focus on how to report suspicious activity.
"When people are serious about committing offenses.... they don't do it spur of the moment. They are doing preparatory plans. They are doing surveillance, collecting weaponry, practicing during trial runs," Iowa Department of Public Safety Commissioner Roxanne Ryan said at the governor's weekly press conference Monday.
Ok Terry. If I see about of reich wing jerkoffs doing something stupid and I report it I hope you don't get all pissy because they're not the people you are hoping they'll be...
