And lets be honest, they use this to expand the beach that's already there, once the rest of the land is developed this might as well be a private beach for the wealthy condo owners on the point. It'll be too crowded for the commoners. Or they'll just charge $20 for parking or something. No republican, nor their donors, are going to do anything to benefit the average citizen. Ever.
