a regular basis. In fact, it was so common, in the business I worked in, we stored nothing of any value at floor level, but elevated at least one foot off the floor. I can not imagine the flooding from 16" of rainfall in a shot amount of time. I am now at the opposite end of the state, 500 miles from Miami, and it has been raining for 24 hours here, but it is a welcome light rain.
