(that rarely take in even an occasional piddling 10% of votes - while still have plenty of ability, in the margins, to deny victory to others) - should be viewed through the lens of 'spoiler' candidates.

I don't say that is the case here - but with dirty tricks and this type of tactic being common currency - voters should be taking a real strong look ...
