No Colorado State Bill is numbered 2B and no issue 2B is on the Nov. state or local ballot. What's it about?

We do have on our ballot an Amendment 67 to the State Constitution to specify that the terms "person" and "child" in the Colorado Criminal Code and the state wrongful death statutes include unborn human beings. Now that one I could tell your friend all about!!!!
