and now they've poured another 200K into the home and it's still sliding.

their reasoning for buying this house in crisis.. ."priced out of much of California".... not true. $1.3 M would have bought a nice house somewhere...just not with ocean views.

Their views to the ocean have improved substantially as houses around them descend into the earth.
