3. That's the thing about California.

They have a lot of rules out there about various things, but they often exempt wealthy people from complying with them. Like the water regulations, for instance. They tell everyone out there to conserve water, to take short showers and don't flush the toilet every time and don't water their lawns. But when you go up to Beverly Hills and other wealthy enclaves, you see all these green lawns that are perfectly landscaped. San Francisco is a wealthy city, so I think that's a major reason why they're being exempted from the indoor mask rules. There are different rules for the wealthy, I know, but this is just sickening.
