6. hahahaha....I made up the name "black capped forest chimp" as a joke in some CR wildlife groups I'm in on FB

Yesterday

for some reason that one, and some other "common" names I've made up really trigger some people in those groups.

the reason I referred to capuchins as chimps is that they jump up and down and show their teeth like chimps like to do. they also make some vocalizations that sound like chimps. but, yes, other than that, they are nothing like chimps.
