Sounds like an opportunity to buy a new computer!

And change all your passwords. Use long ones, and save them in a password manager app, so you don't have to remember them (which means you choose shorter ones instead)

If you can't change a password at some site or institution, contact them by phone. Someone has taken over the account and password.

Every once in a while, dump the passwords to a file and encrypt it, or print it out and store it with your precious documents or evacuation kit. If someone gets your birth certificate, Social Security card, passport, and so on, a few passwords won't matter.

Just don't store it in a ziplock bag inside a frozen peas and corn box in your freezer.
