But I am not even an amateur photographer. I am impressed with how much cameras have improved -that you can get a shot with this much detail without ..

Astrophotography sounds like an interesting hobby. I have never tried to use my own phone for astrophotography, though I get decent shots of backyard wildlife with it. Though it sounds like with the IPhone 14 one can get cool shots by maximising the zoom and then as you did cropping out regions of interest after.

Very cool .
