If you are looking for a easy crafting project, this is perfect. I saw it in Jane Brocket's book, "the Gentle Art of Stitching". She tied hers. I was going to tie mine, but since it was for a wedding gift, I wanted to put a little more work into it. I quilted "in the ditch" around each block and then an "X" across each block, corner to corner. Didn't take small stitches, so it went fairly fast.

My sister has made one, too. She just finished the top and she said she is going to tie it after she gets it basted at the quilt shop. I am almost done with mine, few more rows to stitch, then add the binding around the edge. I will photo it again when I am done.
