He is 100% SOL on this one if they've got the guts to stand up to him.

What I've done when a psychotic know nothing boss has come in is keep a low profile as I look for another job. That seems to be happening at all levels of government right now, people ditching the now false security of the Civil Service for jobs in the private sector.

Nobody wants to work for an organization with this jackass in charge. Better prepare yourselves for delays in much more than your tax refulds!
