Here, it seems you could wake up and take the thyroid, then have breakfast an hour later. Wait the two hours and have the second breakfast and then an hour later have a (probably) late lunch.

For example, if you woke at 8 am, breakfast would be at 9 am and lunch noon. If you woke at 9 am, breakfast would be at 10 am and lunch at 1 pm.
