I ate so much this weekend I'm having a hard time taking medication [View all]

So I have one med (thyroid) I take as soon as I get up. One hour no food but coffees okay.

Them I have another med I’m supposed to take an hour after the first BUT I can’t eat for another hour OR I can eat but I have to wait two hours to take the second med AND wait another hour before eating.

Basically I’m having a hard time finding that window. I mean, I’ve eaten A LOT OF FOOD.
