Something is going to go wrong. Telepathy. Yep.

I have a collection of photographs from when the mechanic has come out with an amazed look on his/her face to say you got this in here just in time. Then they show me the parts when the car is on the lift. I take pictures.

This has happened so many times that it can’t be coincidence.

One time the guy showed me the parts and he said he didn’t think I would have gotten another 2 miles without a breakdown.

Another time I got some unexpected money in the mail. It was an odd amount, something like $664.25. As soon as I opened the envelope, I said this will cover my upcoming auto repair.

Sure enough, later that week something went wrong with the car and I had to take it in. When I picked it up, they started to give me the billing, and I said don’t show me—let me guess. Then I asked if the bill was $664.25 and the person’s jaw dropped. He said there is no way you could know that because I only figured this up as you were walking in the door.
