I'm sorry I haven't posted more since my return home, I've really struggled to decompress from the trip with new information only making things harder.
In times like this, I find that putting one foot in front of the other is the best I can do when solutions seem distant and unreachable.
Please give us a day filled with opportunities to be where we are, to simply see, feel and live that moment without seeking escape or distraction. Please let us find peace by going through our day, not avoiding it.
