...the product you want is called Lip Plumper. Apply about ten coats under your lipstick to get the proper Mar-a-Lago Trout Pout. The Ladies of Mar-a-Lago use lip filler injections to swell theirs up, but I cannot imagine doing that except under general anesthesia - and maybe not even then.
