Don't these folks look in the mirror before they leave the house? Yuck!

And, my opinion - black shoes against a bare leg look really harsh and unattractive unless you are wearing a black dress or black pants. And even then, the dress needs to be long, and no thigh high slit. A black shoe at the end of a long expanse of bare leg makes your leg look shorter, especially if it is closed-toe. (Picture #7 of Rachel Sennott, whoever the hell she is.)
