8. Ouch. I broke my little toe once, I ran into the front corner of the chest freezer.

My little toe went one way, my other toes went the other way. My little toe was sticking straight out, perpendicular to the others like you can do with your thumb. My mom sat down on the floor and poked it a couple of times to see if it would go back the right way. We laughed so hard, I was crying laughing. My whole foot on that side felt numb, so it didn't hurt. Then I drove us to the local ER (we still had a hospital then) where they x-rated it and gave me a plastic glove with ice in it. They wrapped the fingers of the glove around my lie and foot and after they left the room I used the fingers to wave at my mom and say silly stuff to make her laugh. That was about 35 years ago. She's been gone 32 years and I really miss her.
