13. i have always had poor balance .

when i was little , my dad made a balance board for me using plans in the back of pop sci. later i got a wii and a wii board. a few years ago , whilst doing physical thearapy i got a balance board and until i got sick again. was able to stand on the board for a count of ten without holding on to anything.
