It has pretty much fallen apart in recent years. They don't spend as much money on repairs as they used to, and seem to think that technological innovations only need to be made, not maintained (Once rockets go up, who cares vhere zey come down? Zat's not my department says Wernher von Braun).

Hotels here are not cheap, although in Paris they are insane, which is why I choose Sprout City if I can at least make it that far.
