The DU Lounge

I hate all this computerized stuff. It's just getting too complicated for me. My husband handled everything having to do with computers, tv, laptop, Ipad, smart watches, wifi, car etc... I know nothing about anything except cooking cleaning and caregiving. I'm lost since he past in Jan. Honestly. When one of these things breaks down, I AM SCREWED! It's just a matter of time. Things are getting so complicated. I admit somethings are quite useful but it just seems over the top for someone like me who lacks knowledge. Just this weekend I did our taxes using Turbo tax and it was the first time in 41 years since I did our taxes. It took me over 10 hours and then it was rejected twice before it finally was accepted by the IRS and state. He has our tv hooked up with his Ipad and Laptop and I have no idea how to turn it on or off. I guess I will never watch tv again, not that I care to but that's a different rant.

Sorry Johnny, I saw your post and after having a bad day, I just had to vent. Just ignore me, but know I feel your pain!
