2. I resharpen my blades.

I have a 90's delta 12 inch they recommend replacing them. I made a jig to go on the belt sander to sharpen them. I use it also to sharpen my grizzly 20 inch planer and the planer knives in my belsaw moulder planer. You can get years out of those knives.

I do swipe them on my oil stone for a final hone takes about 20 minutes to do all 4 knives in the grizzly.
