Denaturalisation cases are difficult to win and take a long time to play out even when they are fairly clear cut.

It took years to return John Demjanjuk to Germany even after he had been denaturalised for being a camp guard at Sobinor concentration camp.

And apparently Trump’s DOJ is going to be going after people who didn’t report minor offenses like speeding tickets during the naturalisation process.
