I'm not a fan of open borders. It undermines unions, labor organizations and established labor rights....(the few the US has been willing to uphold).

On the surface, open borders sound good but until every country offers the same rights to labor, poor desperate people willing to work in abusive situations, or conned into abusive situations, will undermine the country's labor laws. Holding the employer accountable is the least expensive way to address these issues.

Maybe asylum seekers, since we have so many, should be trained in US labor laws and be required, not encouraged, to report abusers. Those ICE agents would be better used to inspect asylum seekers' working conditions.

That said, how pedo Trump is going about rectifying our immigration policies is abusive and insane. Just what a demented pedo or a Nazi would think up.
