1. If we win the House in November 2026, Trump will be out before Christmas. A theory.

I have this feeling that the money behind the throne will push trump to resign in 2026 if the Dems win the House.

This hope is based on three facts I don't think even R's can try to change. First, no matter when Trump leaves office, either naturally or by choice, Vance becomes President. Second, if Vance becomes President, his VP nomination has to be confirmed by BOTH the Senate and the House. Until such nominee is confirmed, the Speaker of the House is first in line to the Presidency.

IF (and I know that's still just a strong hope), Dems take the House...there's no way the money guys are going to want to "negotiate" the VP role with a Dem controlled House. They're gonna want someone like Vought, Noem, or even (god forbid, Miller). They won't get any of those (or similar) choices with a Dem House. And they sure as heck won't want to spend many days with Jefferies (likely Speaker in a Dem House) as the #2.

So R's will have a big decision come Nov 2026 if Dems win...roll the dice that Trump will survive another 2 years or take an early off ramp that gives them a potential ticket for 2028.

IMHO - I'll put my hard hat on now. lol
