17. When an opportunity presents itself

We need to take it. Democrats had the power, between 2021 and 2023, to make sure he never got back in, and didn't take it because too many old guard politicians wanted to follow broken prior protocols, and they wouldn't break the filibuster. We could have packed the court, got his felony trials moved forward, and expedited, and his convictions to keep him from running. But the old guard.wanted to keep their precious filibuster, and they were afraid of trump. So it didn't happen. And here we are.
